Wanted to mention a new event that is out every weekend now. (Friday & Saturdays, I believe) where all the items are between 50L to 100L.

It’s called “Fly Buy Fridays” and it’s Hud driven.  You can get the free Hud on marketplace, wear it and then scan though all the stuff.  (Hud link)
